➤ Our general processing time is 1-3 business days.
➤ All of our raw goods are ethically manufactured and hand-printed in our little studio using non-toxic water-based inks.

This ink feels good. What do you use?
We use environmentally conscious non-toxic water-based inks for all of our printing. What does that mean to you? A super soft shirt. When you run your hand over the image it feels like the soft fabric of the top rather than a thick mess of plastic.
Will it last as long?
In general water-based prints result in a vintage-feeling shirt. While oil-based inks rest on top of the fabric, water-based inks are actually absorbed into the fibers. This causes them to become part of the shirt, which means the ink and the shirt combine forces of color to produce that worn-in look after the first wash.
How do I take care of my stuff?
If it’s a shirt or one-piece you’re referring to, simple. Machine wash with your regular run and tumble dry on low. If you want to go next level, turn it inside out, wash cold and hang it to dry.
We can’t help much with those other life things, but you’re always welcome to send us an email or post your story on our site to see what folks have to say.
I’m sending this to my mom. Can you include a message from me?
You bet. Putting together a package with a unique message makes us quite happy. Fill out the message option during checkout and we’ll be sure to say hi to mom for you.
Payment
We currently accept payments through our secure online processing center*******.
➤ Orders will only be processed once payment is complete.
➤ If you are an *UNVERIFIED* buyer with an *UNCONFIRMED* Paypal address, you may be subject to a 3-5 day waiting period. You can ensure faster processing by creating a confirmed account, or by paying with a credit card through Etsy Direct Checkout.
Shipping
➤ DOMESTIC (US) customers: all domestic packages ship USPS First Class with tracking. Shipping time averages 2-5 business days. If you’ve purchased a shipping upgrade, your package will ship via USPS Priority Mail, which also includes Delivery Confirmation. Priority shipping time averages around 2-3 business days.
➤ INTERNATIONAL customers (especially EU buyers): please take into account that items may be held for additional import/VAT fees in your country of residence. These fees are separate from your purchase with us, and it is your responsibility to pay them. Claiming a lower value or marking the parcel as a “gift” (even if you’re purchasing items for someone else) to avoid these fees is illegal, so please do not ask us to do so.
Please note that our shipping charge only covers the cost to ship and insure your items. It does not cover any additional brokerage fees and/or import taxes you may incur.
Customers in the UNITED KINGDOM: purchases totaling £15 or more are subject to the your country’s current VAT rate. An additional brokerage fee or customs charge may also be applied to your purchase. These fees are separate from your purchase with us, and it is your responsibility to pay them.

International orders are shipped via USPS First Class Airmail with insurance. Depending on the destination, international packages can take anywhere from 3-5 weeks to arrive, but the vast majority arrive within 8-15 business days. Unfortunately, we cannot make any ship time guarantees for international deliveries.
Should your package go missing or get lost/damaged in transit, we will be able to file an insurance claim, but the required wait time is 45 days. Once the wait time has passed, you’ll need to fill out a brief form online and provide and electronic signature to complete the process, and we can then issue a full refund to you.
Refunds and Exchanges
➤ If you are for ANY reason unhappy with your purchase, or if you require a different size or style, we welcome exchanges on non-custom made items within 10 days of receipt.
➤ Items must be returned in their *ORIGINAL* condition in order to qualify for an exchange. This includes being free of all odors, including perfume and cigarette smoke.
➤ Please note that we do not accept exchanges on custom orders. However, if you receive your order and have any concerns, please get in touch and we will do our best to work out a solution with you.
